Return Policy

 

At DermaScience Lab, we take pride in the clinical integrity and professional grade of our formulations. Given the nature of our high-end skincare, hair-loss products, and topical peptides, we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure safety and efficacy.

1. Finished Product Returns (General Consumers)

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a finished product purchased directly from our website, the following terms apply:

  • Return Window: Unopened and Unused Items must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original tamper-evident seal intact. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened due to health and safety regulations.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at cro@peptidences with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

2. Private Label & Custom Manufacturing (B2B)

As a specialist in contract manufacturing and custom formulation, our B2B return policy differs from retail standards:

  • Final Sale on Custom Formulations: All custom-formulated products, private label orders, and bulk ingredient purchases are Final Sale. Once a production run has been initiated or completed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns.
  • Quality Assurance & COA: We guarantee that our products meet the specifications outlined in the provided Certificate of Analysis (COA). If a shipment is found to be non-compliant with the agreed-upon specifications or the COA, you must notify us in writing within 10 business days of receipt.
  • Defective or Non-Conforming Goods: If a manufacturing defect is verified by our QC lab, we will, at our discretion, replace the affected goods or issue a credit to your account.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide photos of the damaged shipping box and the affected product.
  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right via replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Sample kits and individual samples.
  • Products with broken tamper-evident seals.
  • Specialized topical peptides requiring specific temperature-controlled storage.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Restocking Fees

A 20% restocking fee may be applied to returns of professional-grade kits or large-volume retail orders to cover the costs of quality inspection and laboratory re-processing.
